Awareness training for employees and managers in IT security

Many companies, especially medium-sized ones, are in the middle of the digital transformation. On the way to finding the right strategy, trying out new technologies, but also working methods and business models, the topic of cybersecurity/IT security is often neglected. What options are there to protect yourself from hacker attacks? How do I have to make my team fit? And above all: What does preventive crisis management look like that consistently takes cybersecurity into account?
